- Non-Installation: If the tower installation is not completed due to technical reasons such as regulatory issues, site-related issues, or any other reason beyond the customer’s control, a refund will be processed based on the terms outlined below.
Conditions for Refund
- Refund Process for Customer Cancellations: If you decide to cancel the installation before the commencement of the installation process:
- Full Refund: If the cancellation is made within 24 hours after payment and prior to any site visit or installation work, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If installation work has started but is incomplete, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and incurred costs.
- Refund Process for Non-Installation by BSNL: If BSNL is unable to complete the installation due to unforeseen reasons:
- Full Refund: In case of non-installation by BSNL (due to factors such as technical difficulties, failure in acquiring permits, or inability to fulfill contractual obligations), a full refund of any payments made will be processed.
- Refund Timeline: All refund requests will be processed within 15 working days from the date of request or cancellation.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Installation has already been completed.
- Cancellation or refund requests are made after installation work is completed or a site visit has been made by BSNL representatives.
- Issues arising due to non-compliance with installation guidelines or failure to provide necessary permissions or clearances.
